Sticky's Finger Joint is looking for an Operations Manager and General Manager to join an exciting, fast growing restaurant brand.

Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily restaurant operations.
- Ordering and Inventory Management of all food and supplies.
- Hire, train, staff and develop team members.
- Ensure consistency, quality and freshness in all food products.
- Ensure that all customers receive an experience that meets the Sticky's standard.
- Optimize profits by controlling food, beverage and labor costs.
- Maintain cleanliness and ensure proper food safety standards.
- Assist ownership on various projects and initiatives.

Our ideal candidate possesses the following skills and qualifications:
- 1-2+ years of restaurant management experience in a full service, fast casual or fast food restaurant.
- Dedicated, reliable and motivated. Must be able to get things done in a fast paced environment.
- High energy and personable with strong leadership and communication skills.
- Must be able to lead and motivate a staff of front of house and kitchen employees.
- Effective and creative problem solver with the ability to multi-task.
- Ability to create an unforgettable customer experience.
- Enthusiasm for the brand with an interest in working in an entrepreneurial environment.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications and Point of Sale Systems (Micros).
- New York City Food Handlers Card holder.
