It is approximately 44"x28.5"x30" and weighs approximately 550lbs. It must be grounded to work properly and could easily to hooked directly to the house by a licensed electrician or by extension cords. It can be grounded to your homes ground or we have a in field grounding rod and grounding cable for an addition $100.00
Generator is running, has fresh oil, new oil filter, a new water/fuel separator/fuel filter and has a mil-spec 24volt Battery (not a double 12volt conversion battery or a improperly wired 12 bolt battery).
