This is a new model 5000 series Inspiron 17 from Dell. This machine is refurbished but is factory sealed in the box and comes with 1 year of warranty from Dell. These come out looking very close to new. In fact many people peel off the green sticker underneath the machine and actually sell these as new. These have a beautiful 1600x900 resolution on a truelife screen, HDMI and USB 3.0. This is a very nice desktop replacement laptop. It weighs about 6.5 pounds.
