This is a really beautiful Modern Art Oil on Canvas Painting of a rooftop garden in New York City by the Famous Artist Sung-Yan Tsang . If you are a rooftop fan as I am, You will simply love this painting. I really hate to part with it but my landlord no longer allows me access to my roof and it brings back painful memories of my lost freedom. I spent many years on my roof with my dogs enjoying the solitude and peace and quiet and I am a sun worshipper who loves to get and keep a nice tan so I really hate looking at this now as it makes me sad since my new landlord has changed the locks and taken away my rooftop privileges. It is an original painting by the artist named Azen Sung-Yan Tsang I have a close-up of the signature and I believe the painting may be worth a lot more than I'm asking for it but I don't know anything about art, I just know what I like. I have provided a link to some other paintings by this artist below. I have seen other paintings from this artist and I almost bought another one when I got this one, (which by the way I paid a lot more than I'm asking for) This painting used to bring me joy and happiness but as I already said doesn't anymore... So please add this to your collection and I hope it makes you happy the way it used to make me. The painting measures 20" x 20" and is signed by the artist as you can plainly see in my photos and is priced to sell. Also you might note this artist was born in 1933 so that means he's 80 and will die soon so this piece may be worth a great deal of money some day soon.

Bio of Artist Azen Sung-Yan Tsang:
Mr. Tsang was born in Indonesia in 1933 and received his BFA from Zhejian Academy of Fine Arts, China in 1964. In 1997, he was awarded 1st prize in oil at the Queens Artist alliance annual exhibit in New York. He also has received certificates of distinction from the Philipe Charriol Foundation's Modern Arts competition in Hong Kong for three comsecutive years (1987-1989). Mr. Tsang is listed in the World Famous Chinese Artist's Almanac.
