Please help locate this five year old boy. His name is Zachary. His father is here from Florida to visit him and his mother has hidden him. He cannot get through on the phone, she does not answer. The cops will not help, as they say its a civil matter for the courts. The child has been placed on some kind of drug to keep him subdued and is unable to seek the proper help. The last time the father saw him, he was incoherent and unable to put two sentences together, as whatever drug he is on, keeps him out of touch. The father is trying to locate the child for his visit. His picture is on here, so if you recognize him, please call 727-249-6266.
