The MSKUS Program is an extensive training designed by Dr. Randy Moore who is the leading authority in the field. Dr. Moore has worked for 20+ years in musculoskeletal sonography and continues to focus his work on "shortening the learning curve in MSK ultrasound".

Our program provides the foundation for effective MSKUS clinical application and provides preparatory training for those who wish to take the RMSK Certification exam.

This comprehensive program is structured to equip the student with an understanding of diagnostic ultrasound imaging principles, normal sonoanatomy, and systematic scanning protocols. No previous exposure to sonography is required, though previous instruction is helpful.


The material is presented in a straightforward fashion allowing the student to acquire diagnostic imaging skills in a short period of time. The systematic approach presented is unique to this course. You walk away with very specific protocols for all major joints of the body and at the completion of each component of the course you will have the ability to perform a thorough examination to your patients. This course provides immediate clinical applications for all major pathologies identified with MSKUS.


The course is broken up into 1 online component where you watch as Dr. Moore breaks down everything you need to know, and 2 live workshops where you get to work hands-on with the ultrasound imaging machines under Dr. Moore's guidance. Between the online learning and the live practical workshops students walk away with a broad understanding of MSKUS and they can perform the scans with confidence.
